Clicking Capital Corp. was established by Robert F. Wilson in January 2000, with the goal of offering financial and advisory services to entrepreneurial ventures and emerging-growth businesses. Mr. Wilson’s expertise in international finance, operations management and strategy consulting have served clients for almost 20 years in North America, Europe and Asia. Today, he is most sought-after for his relationships and skills in:

• mergers and acquisitions;
• corporate restructurings, recapitalizations, buyouts and divestitures;
• competitive analysis, business development and corporate strategy; and
• corporate governance (including succession planning strategy and implementation).

In January 2000, Mr. Wilson founded his own financial and strategic advisory company, providing a wide range of services to both private and public company clients. These services have included: mergers and acquisitions; corporate restructurings, recapitalizations and divestitures; financial valuations; succession planning; shareholder communications and governance; competitive analysis, business development and corporate strategy; private equity investment, and structured finance. Given his considerable cross-border financial and strategic advisory experience, Mr. Wilson spent the past six years working on immensely challenging corporate restructurings. Beginning in mid-2003, Mr. Wilson began to extend his services to international clients involved in banking, insurance and select ancillary corporate services. Most recently, Mr. Wilson has consulted to international financial institutions seeking to launch wealth management, credit card processing, as well as cash management and treasury businesses.

In addition to having served in numerous senior executive management roles, Mr. Wilson has also served as a director and strategic advisor for numerous public and private companies in the Caribbean Basin and Central America, the United States, and Canada. He also serves as a member of the Board of Governors of Mount Sinai Hospital (Toronto), an advisor to the Canadian Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and a founding director of the CEO Fusion Center (Toronto). Mr. Wilson received a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) degree from Queen's University (Kingston, Ontario) in 1985, and a Masters of Business Administration degree from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania (Philadelphia, PA) in 1990.

Brevet Capital Management
Brevet Capital Management, LLC (“Brevet”) was formed by the principals of FCS Advisors, Inc. (“FCS”) in 2006 for the purpose of performing investment management activities on behalf of the Brevet Capital Partners’ family of funds. From 1998 to 2006, FCS advised family offices and private equity firms on business acquisitions, structured recapitalizations, structured transactions ranging from project finance and securitizations to equity recapitalizations and mergers and acquisitions. Since 2004, FCS has made principal investments, and in August of 2006 was contracted to manage a sizeable allocation in a managed account from a large hedge fund. Brevet is a dedicated team of seasoned finance, life insurance and merchant banking professionals with over 90 years of combined experience. Brevet’s principals (Douglas Monticciolo, Paul Iacovacci, Mark Callahan, Fred Schlosser, and John Tripp) have worked together for an average of approximately 6.5 years and collectively average 25 years of industry experience. They have built: merchant banking businesses; Asian fixed income sales and trading operations; and co-headed asset-backed securities and fixed income portfolio strategies groups at firms such as Goldman Sachs, Bear Stearns, Lehman Brothers and Deutsche Bank.
